New Dates For 2020 IADA Conference

The 2020 IADA conference is rescheduled for July 29 - August 1 at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria (same location). The conference schedule will follow in the near future. We are combining it with the IADA Summer Retreat that we would normally host in July.

If you had a hotel reservation for the May dates, the hotels have automatically cancelled it, so you do not need to do anything.

If you had already registered for the May conference and/or LTC courses, that registration will move forward to the new July dates.

If you need to get a refund for the conference registration and/or LTC courses, please contact Matt Purdy at mpurdy@glenbrook225.org

If you are going to register now for the conference in July, we highly encourage using a credit card or p-card to pay as currently the delivery and retrieval of checks to and from schools is very difficult due to the school closings.

Here is the link for the Embassy Hotel for the July dates:

First, we do not need a code. The link will take care of everything. Here are some instructions that you should follow.

1. Click on the provided link

2. Click on Book a Room

3. You will have two room type options. King or Double. Underneath those choices you will have a "Quick Book Button" or a "More Prices Option".

If you choose "Quick Book", you will automatically be given a July 29th arrival with an August 1 departure. 3 nights. (Wed-Fri). It will then take you to your payment information and you can finish the reservation.

If those dates are not what you want, you need to click on the "More Prices" option. You will need to click "Edit Your Stay" on the right side of the screen. Change your dates and then click "Update". Check your dates at the top of the screen, if they are correct, then you can click "Quick Book". You will then be taken to your payment information to complete the reservation.

We certainly hope many of you will be able to join us on the new dates. We look forward to seeing all of you again and starting to get back to our normal world and high school athletics!

Message From IADA President
As the President of the IADA, I want to thank you for all that you do for the student athletes of your schools.  We all know the time and effort we put into our positions.  We come from small schools, large schools, middle and high schools; but no matter what, we all share in a common goal, and that is to provide the best educationally based athletic program for our students.
