The Illinois Athletic Directors Association Mentorship Program is designed to support, develop, and connect athletic administrators who are new to the profession with veteran athletic administrators. Through meaningful relationships with experienced athletic directors, participants gain valuable guidance, practical resources, and professional insight to help them navigate the challenges and opportunities in athletic administration.

The program provides a supportive environment for mentors and mentees to share experiences, discuss leadership strategies, strengthen professional skills, and build lasting connections within the athletic administration community.
